How to use

Take one LactoJoy 14.500 FCC** shortly before (!) eating food containing lactose. The tablet* can be swallowed or chewed. You can increase the number depending on the lactose content of the meal and your degree of lactose intolerance. However, you should not take more than 10 tablets* per day. This recommended intake must not be exceeded. For smaller amounts of lactose, the tablet* can be halved - this also halves the FCC units from 14,500 FCC** to approx. 7,250 FCC**.
