Sensitive facial skin needs special sun protection. The ANTHELIOS FACE SPRAY SPF 50 from La Roche-Posay was developed specifically to meet the needs of sensitive skin that is also exposed to strong sunlight. This sun protection spray, which offers high UVA/UVB protection, can also be used on hard-to-reach areas such as a bald patch or the parting. The light spray application, which requires no additional rubbing in, makes it a particularly practical companion.

The ANTHELIOS FACE SPRAY SPF 50 is also ideal for use under or over make-up. The transparent formula is enriched with skin-soothing thermal water from La Roche-Posay. Airlicium technology, with mattifying micro-particles, controls skin shine. The ANTHELIOS FACE SPRAY SPF 50 is photostable. It is dermatologically tested, non-comedogenic and water- and sweat-resistant. The formula, which is free from oxybenzone and octinoxate, is coral-friendly.

Active ingredients

XL-Protect – Broad-spectrum protective filters. A powerful blend of UV filters and antioxidants goes beyond broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection to offer additional defence against skin aggressors such as infrared rays and air pollution.
Airlicium™ – Mattifying microparticles blend into the skin and prevent shine (caused by sebum, sweat or moisture)
Glycerine – For hydrated, comfortable skin. Glycerine moisturises the skin upon application.

Directions for use

ANTHELIOS FACE SPRAY SPF 50 should be sprayed onto the skin of the face using a horizontal ‘Z’ motion from a distance of at least 15 cm, taking care not to inhale the spray. Keep your mouth and eyes closed, press your lips together and wipe away any residue from around the mouth. If the sun protection spray gets into your eyes or causes skin irritation, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. Shake the sun protection spray well before use and reapply several times a day. This ensures that sun protection is maintained even after you have been swimming, dried yourself off or sweated. Tip: In general, you should avoid the intense midday sun, as excessive sunbathing can affect your health.
