Whether in the back, neck or shoulder area, on the arms, legs or abdomen: LIVSANE heat compresses are used where you need them and provide relaxing warmth for twelve hours.

How to use

• Gently clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective layer of the compress and place it on the painful area. Make sure that it adheres to the entire surface of the skin. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature. Wear the poultice for a maximum of 12 hours.
• You can also use the product for menstrual pain. Place the part containing the heat cells over the painful area on the underwear and not directly on the skin.
• Caution: Incorrect application can cause burns. Therefore, remove the compress immediately if you notice skin irritation, swelling or redness or feel excessive heat or burning. The product is not suitable for children and each heat compress can only be used once: After opening the airtight packaging, the ingredients react with the oxygen (oxidation) and heat up by themselves. As soon as the oxidation is complete, the poultice cannot be reactivated. The poultice must not be used if: you are already using other heat products, creams or ointments. your skin is damaged or particularly sensitive. you have experienced bruising or swelling in the last 48 hours. you cannot remove the product yourself. you are asleep. the product is damaged. you are using topical cortisone or other medication. you are doing sport afterwards. The poultice must not be cut. If the substances contained come into contact with your skin or eyes, rinse them off with plenty of water and contact a doctor. Check the skin regularly for burns or irritation during use. Do not use the poultice for more than twelve hours within a 24-hour period.
