The LIVSANE heat wrap is a medical device that provides soothing warmth for up to 12 hours and effectively relieves muscle, joint and period pain.

It relieves muscle and joint pain in the back, neck and shoulder areas, in the arms and legs, and in the abdominal area. It relaxes tense and strained muscles and effectively relieves period pain by releasing a pleasant, soothing warmth for up to 12 hours. The soft, flexible, self-adhesive patch is easy to remove after use. It contains special heat-generating cells with the natural substances iron powder, activated charcoal and salt, which generate heat on contact with oxygen in the air.

Directions for use

• Gently clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective film from the patch and place it on the painful area. Ensure that the entire surface of the patch is in contact with the skin. It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach the intended temperature. Wear the patch for a maximum of 12 hours.
• You can also use this product for period pain. To do so, place the part containing the heat cells over the painful area on top of your underwear, rather than directly on the skin.
• Warning: Incorrect use may result in burns. Therefore, remove the heat patch immediately if you notice any skin irritation, swelling or redness, or if you experience an excessive sensation of heat or a burning sensation. The product is not suitable for children. Each heat patch can only be used once: once the airtight packaging is opened, the ingredients react with oxygen (oxidation) and heat up automatically as a result. Once the oxidation process is complete, the patch cannot be reactivated. The wrap must not be used if: You are already using other heat-generating products, creams or ointments. Your skin is damaged or particularly sensitive. You have experienced bruising or swelling in the last 48 hours. You are unable to remove the product yourself. You are asleep. The product is damaged. You are using topical cortisone or other medicines. You are going to exercise afterwards. The patch must not be cut open. If the substances contained in the product come into contact with your skin or eyes, rinse them off with plenty of water and contact a doctor. Check your skin regularly for burns or irritation whilst using the product. Do not use the poultice for longer than twelve hours within a 24-hour period.
