Thanks to the elasticated strap and flexible Velcro fastening, the soft belt is adjustable and can be easily put on and taken off. Directions for use

• Clean and dry the affected area. When you are ready to use the belt, remove it from the protective pouch and unfold it. Place the part of the belt containing the heat cells onto the skin over the painful area. Place the elasticated strap around your waist and fasten the Velcro fastener on the strap. Ensure that the part of the belt containing the heat cells remains in contact with the skin over the painful area. (It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature).
• Wear the belt for a maximum of 12 hours. If you are using the product for period pain, place the part of the belt containing the heating cells on top of your underwear rather than directly on your skin.

Do not use on areas of the body that are not heat-sensitive or under tight clothing and belts, to avoid the risk of burns. The risk of burns increases in patients aged 55 and over.
