It relieves muscle and joint pain in the back, neck and shoulder areas, in the arms and legs, and in the abdominal area. It relaxes tense and strained muscles and effectively relieves period pain by releasing a pleasant, soothing warmth for up to 12 hours. The soft, flexible, self-adhesive patch is easy to remove after use. It contains special heat-generating cells with the natural substances iron powder, activated charcoal and salt, which generate heat on contact with oxygen in the air.

Directions for use

• Clean and dry the affected area. When you are ready to use the product, remove it from the protective pouch and peel off the protective film. Place the patch on the painful area, ensuring that its entire surface adheres to the skin. (It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach the intended temperature).
• Wear the patch for a maximum of 12 hours. For period pain, place the product with the adhesive side against your underwear rather than directly on the skin. Ensure that the patch adheres perfectly.

The skin to which the belt is applied should be checked regularly for burns or irritation. Do not use on areas of the body that are not heat-sensitive or under tight clothing and belts to avoid the risk of burns. The risk of burns increases in patients aged 55 and over.
