PIGMENTCLAR Eyes helps to reduce the appearance of both brown and blue dark circles under the eyes and to brighten the eye area.
This innovative formula, enriched with concentrated PhE-resorcinol and caffeine, visibly reduces the appearance of blue dark circles caused by poor blood circulation. In addition, the treatment counteracts the appearance of brown dark circles caused by an overproduction of melanin.
Additional light-reflecting pigments, combined with a cooling metal applicator, further brighten and revitalise the eye area.
