This dietary supplement specifically combines nutrients that target different structures of the musculoskeletal system. In addition to 1830 mg of glucosamine sulphate (equivalent to approximately 1083 mg of pure glucosamine), it contains vitamins C and D, as well as the trace elements manganese and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage; vitamin D, manganese and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones; vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function; and manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Directions for use

• Adults (aged 18 and over): Take one capsule plus one Extra Glucosamine tablet per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
