How to use
- Drink one effervescent tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).
- Notes: A slight laxative effect may occur. If you are also taking laxatives or remedies for heartburn and acid reflux, which also contain magnesium, you should not take Magnesium 400 in addition. People with impaired kidney function should consult their doctor before consumption.

- Ingredients: Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, acidifier: malic acid; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; maize starch, beetroot juice powder (maltodextrin, beetroot juice concentrate), vitamin C, pomegranate juice powder (maltodextrin, pomegranate juice concentrate), sweetener: sodium cyclamate; flavouring, vitamin E, sweetener: saccharin sodium; colour: riboflavin-5`-phosphate.
- Composition per daily dose of 1 effervescent tablet: 400 mg (107%*) magnesium, 80 mg (100%*) vitamin C, 12 mg (100%*) vitamin E. *Reference amount for daily intake according to EU Regulation 1169/2011. 1 tablet contains 0.03 BE.
