Kneipp Diuretic Effervescent Tablets are a food supplement designed to support electrolyte balance* as part of a diuretic treatment, containing magnesium, calcium, caffeine and stinging nettle.
*Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Magnesium, calcium and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism. A balanced intake of nutrients as part of a diuretic treatment programme is advisable.

Directions
- Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and drink twice daily. The tablet, once dissolved in water, produces a refreshing, caffeinated drink.
- Notes: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (56 mg caffeine per daily dose).
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Acidifier: citric acid; calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavourings, vitamin C, aqueous extract of stinging nettle leaves 3:1, caffeine, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, vitamin E, colouring: riboflavin-5'-phosphate. One tablet contains 0.02 BE.
- Composition per daily dose (2 effervescent tablets): 300 mg (80%**) magnesium, 800 mg (100%**) calcium, 80 mg (100%**) vitamin C, 12 mg (100%**) vitamin E, 56 mg caffeine***, 60 mg stinging nettle leaf extract***. ** Reference intake for daily intake in accordance with EU Regulation 1169/2011. *** No reference intake available
