Application
- The Cross Tapes should be left in place for approximately 1 week, with the main effect expected within the first 3–5 days after application. Allergic reactions rarely occur when using the tape; these are usually caused by medication currently being taken or exacerbated by the simultaneous consumption of alcohol or nicotine. If in doubt, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.
- Before applying the Cross Tape, the skin must be thoroughly cleaned and free of dirt and oils. By moving the joints and muscles, first locate the pain point, trigger point or acupuncture point, and then apply the tape to this area. Cross Tapes can also be used as scar tape, in which case the tape is applied directly to the scar.
- Notes: Do not apply to open wounds or bleeding areas of the body. Do not use if you have skin conditions or skin irritation. If you experience any skin reactions, such as itching or redness, remove the tape immediately.
