- Dandelion – not a weed, but a ‘super-herb’: It is a thorn in the side of gardeners because dandelions are almost impossible to eradicate. But let yourself be inspired by the bright yellow flower and its immense vitality!
- Grape seeds – rich in valuable polyphenols: Grape seeds contain a remarkable amount of OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), which are a type of polyphenol. These phytochemicals have been extensively researched. Our grape seed extract from Italy has an excellent ORAC value of over 1,660,000 µmol TE/100g. The reasons for this high antioxidant capacity are the careful extraction process and the very high polyphenol content.
- Reishi – a lucky charm amongst mushrooms: In Asian countries, the reishi mushroom (also known as the glossy ganoderma, Ganoderma lucidum or Ling Zhi) has become an indispensable part of maintaining good health. During the growth of the fruiting body, the Reishi produces many spores. The oval, yellow-brown Reishi spores exhibit higher bioactivity than the rest of the mushroom.* *Guo L et al. - Quercetin – more than just a natural pigment: Quercetin is a yellow natural pigment belonging to the group of polyphenols and flavonoids. A particularly high concentration of quercetin can be found in the flowers of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica).
- Brown algae – health from the sea: Brown algae are a group of algae with an impressive range of health benefits. They are rich in nutrients and have a long history of use in maintaining good health sustainably. In many cultures, particularly in Asian countries, brown algae are an integral part of traditional cuisine and medicine.
- Rhodiola – An adaptogen from barren regions: Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) thrives effortlessly in barren, harsh and cold regions.
