It's true, "bitter" is rarely love at first sight - especially at a time when bitter flavours have largely disappeared from our food. Vegetables that used to be very bitter, such as endive, radicchio, chicory or kale, hardly have the typical "bitterness" today. As we are no longer used to this flavour, many find it unpleasant at first. How to use

We recommend taking 35 - 40 drops daily either directly or diluted with water during or after a meal. Shake bottle well before use!
