Kijimea® Complete is a food supplement consisting of Kijimea® Restart capsules and Kijimea® K53 Advance capsules. Kijimea® Restart and Kijimea® K53 Advance each contain 53 selected microculture strains.

Kijimea® Complete is a unique combination of Kijimea® Restart and Kijimea® K53 Advance. Over 3 months, this special combination enables an innovative 2-phase approach: In the first 9 days, Kijimea® Restart provides you with the uniquely high dosage of 150 billion CFU per day. This gives the intestine a particularly strong "microculture impulse".

This is followed by phase 2 for a further 84 days. This is where Kijimea® K53 Advance is used, which is designed for consumption over a longer period of time. In this phase, at least 21 billion microcultures per day are supplied and Kijimea® K53 Advance also contains vitamins B3 and B7, which contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Kijimea® Complete covers a total consumption period of 93 days.

How to use

Kijimea® Complete covers a total consumption period of 93 days. The consumption of Kijimea® Complete is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over as follows:

• Day 1-9: Consumption of Kijimea® Restart: Take 3 capsules of Kijimea® Restart once a day unchewed with sufficient liquid with a meal (morning, noon or evening) for a period of 9 days.
• From day 10: Consumption of Kijimea® K53 Advance: Take 1 capsule of Kijimea® K53 Advance once a day unchewed with sufficient liquid with a meal (morning, noon or evening).
