Application

The primary application is on special reflex zones on the soles of the feet overnight. It is recommended that the feet are thoroughly cleansed of creams, oils, etc. Dry the feet well after cleaning.

Remove the larger strip from the fixing plaster and unwrap the herbal plaster from the protective film.
Place the herbal plaster with the labelled side on the centre of the prepared fixation plaster, white side up.
Now remove the second strip from the fixing plaster and distribute the powder evenly in the herbal plaster by shaking it gently

You can now apply the herbal plaster to the feet or the desired area of the body. After 6-8 hours of application, remove the herbal plaster and clean the area thoroughly with soap and water.
