After the seaweed has grown in the clear, cold waters of Brittany, it is gently dried at low temperatures and cut into organic dulse flakes. Dulse is also known as ‘lappentang’ and is found in the coastal waters of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The cut seaweed comes from certified organic cultivation.
