After harvesting, it is gently dried at below 30 degrees in a special drying process before being ground into a fine powder. Our milk thistle capsules are vegan-friendly. They are carefully encapsulated by hand in pure vegetable cellulose directly in our herbal manufactory.

Directions for use
- Unless otherwise prescribed, take 3 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably with meals.
- Advice: For all natural products it is recommended to take a break of 14 days every 6 weeks at the latest.
