Chlorophyll is found in green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach, as well as broccoli, green peas and cucumber. Stinging nettle, parsley and coriander are also rich in chlorophyll, while when it comes to fruit, the hairy kiwi has the highest chlorophyll content.
