Jamieson Vitamin C 600 mg Complex Premium Capsules are a dietary supplement with vitamin C, bioflavonoids - rutin, hesperidin, quercetin and plant extracts.
To support the immune and nervous system, the formation of collagen, the normal function of bones, joints, muscles and teeth, improves the permeability of blood vessels and protects against oxidative stress.

Adults: 1 capsule daily before/after taking other products.
Ingredients
One capsule contains:
- Vitamin C 600 mg (750 % NRV*) (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and nicotinamide ascorbate; acsorbyl palmitate; L-ascorbic acid).
- Antioxidants: hesperidin (Citrus limon, Citrus sinensis, peel) 10 mg; quercetin (dihydrate) 7.5 mg; grape seed extract 5 mg; (Vitis vinifera, seed) 85 % proanthocyanidins; blueberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus, fruit) 25 % anthocyanins 4 mg; resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum, root) 3 mg; DL-alpha-lipoic acid 2 mg.
- Fruit concentrates: papaya (Carica papaya, fruit) 20 mg; amla tree extract (5:1) (Phyllanthus emblica, fruit) 12.5 mg; blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum, fruit) 10 mg; cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon, fruit) 7.5 mg; acerola (Malpighia glabra, fruit) 7.5 mg; mango (Mangifera indica, fruit) 2.5 mg.
- Plant extracts: rutin (Sophora japonica, bud) 5 mg; aloe vera (leaf juice) 5 mg; piperine** (Piper nigrum, fruit) 1 mg *NRV - reference quantity according to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011 **BioPerine® (95 % black pepper extract) is a registered trademark of Sabinsa.
- Other ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable cellulose); maltodextrin (sweetener); silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate (coating).
