Adults should take 1–2 tablets daily or consult a doctor.
Store at 15–25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best-before date is shown on the packaging.

One tablet contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate) 500 mg, 625% NRV – Nutrient Reference Value according to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011
