Directions
- Adults take 1 tablet once a day with a meal or consult a doctor.
- Digestive problems (e.g. diarrhoea) may occur. Store at 15-25 ° C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best before date can be found on the packaging.

- One tablet contains: Magnesium (oxide, gluconate, lactate) 250 mg, 66.6 % NRV - reference quantity according to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011
- Other ingredients: Cellulose and modified cellulose gum (carrier), vegetable stearic acid, soluble cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose (coating), titanium oxide (colouring), silicon dioxide (emulsifier).
