Directions

Adults take 1 tablet every other day with a meal. When taking the capsules, it is recommended to wait a few hours before or after taking other medicines or food supplements.
The amount of iron contained may pose a serious risk to children's health. Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children. Capsule colour may vary. It is a normal phenomenon of natural ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients

One tablet contains: Iron (ferrous gluconate) 28 mg (200 % NRV*), vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.8 mg (57 % NRV*), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 8 μg (320 % NRV*), vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg (75 % NRV*), folic acid 400 μg (200 % NRV*) *Reference quantity according to EU regulation no. 1169/2011

Further ingredients: Cellulose (carrier), vegetable magnesium stearate (coating), silicon dioxide (flow regulating agent), soluble cellulose (filler).
