Properties and benefits

Thanks to its white paraffin coating, Jelonet provides adhesive protection between the wound and the secondary dressing. This enables gentle and painless dressing changes for the patient as well as undisturbed wound rest. The open dressing structure of the cotton gauze allows wound exudate to drain easily into an absorbent secondary dressing, such as an absorbent dressing pad. A special weave prevents fraying when the dressing is cut to size.

For superficial wounds. For the treatment of minor burns, wounds with skin loss (lacerations, abrasions and skin graft wounds) and lower leg ulcers.
