Insect-OUT Mite Spray is a ready-to-use spray against house dust mites; it is practical to use and has a pleasant scent. No decontamination of treated surfaces is required, thanks to the active ingredient geraniol.
House dust mites live in people’s homes and colonise clothing, mattresses and upholstered furniture. House dust mites are most commonly found in pillows and mattresses, as people release a lot of sweat and skin flakes whilst sleeping. The mites feed on these. Furthermore, the humidity and temperature are, unfortunately, ideal for the mites to thrive. The mites, or rather their faeces, are responsible for the widespread house dust allergy. The special geraniol extract clogs the mites’ tracheae, causing them to suffocate within a very short time.
