How to use
mix 50 - 100 g spice biscuit mix powder, 1 kg spelt flour (fine flour), 500 g butter, 300 g cane sugar and 4 eggs and knead into a dough. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out biscuits and bake at approx. 190°C
