Product information "Hi1 GOLF Power & Regeneration Drink Powder"
The Hi1 GOLF Power & Regeneration Drink Powder is a dietary supplement with a special micronutrient complex with magnesium, potassium and calcium - with a fruity raspberry-lemon flavour.
With the right nutrients, you can not only improve your ability to regenerate after a strenuous round of golf, but also reduce the risk of injury.
- Prevention through targeted nutrient intake.
- Long-term support for your health and performance on the golf course.
A typical day's golf can last several hours - walking up to 10 kilometres around the golf course alone requires a certain basic level of fitness and stamina. It is therefore important to ensure that the body is given an appropriate regeneration phase afterwards. The Hi1 GOLF POWER & REGENERATION DRINK was developed specifically for this indication in order to fulfil precisely these requirements. Combined in a powerful complex, the valuable nutrients magnesium, potassium and calcium specifically support various physiological processes and thus play an important role in the regeneration of the athlete's body. Magnesium is crucial for muscle relaxation after contraction. It helps to prevent muscle cramps and tension that can occur after intensive physical activity5. Potassium is necessary for proper nerve and muscle function and helps prevent muscle cramps often caused by electrolyte imbalances after intense physical activity6. The product is completed by calcium. It plays a central role in the control of muscle contractions and is also an important component of bone health7,8.
