About the plants
This combination remedy is made up of the stockbottles of the following five original Bach flowers:
- Cherry Plum - against the fear of losing control of oneself
- Clematis - against unconsciousness
- Impatiens - against stress and tension
- Rock Rose - against panic or hysterical fits
- Star of Bethlehem - against shock, fright, anaesthesia
This combination remedy was mixed by Dr Bach so that it can be used immediately in emergencies and crisis situations without having to select individual stock bottles.

How to use
- The drops should be taken regularly. The dosage is individual and should be preceded by a detailed consultation with a trained flower counsellor.
- The basic dosage is 3 times 5 drops daily over a period of 3 to 4 weeks. Of course, the essences can also be used externally. They are ideal for adding to ointments or lotions, but can also be mixed directly into bath water.
