Unlike conventional plasters, these liquid plasters form a flexible, waterproof film that feels like a second skin and stays in place even on moving parts of the body. This makes them ideal for hard-to-reach areas or for outdoor and sports activities
Can liquid plasters be used on open wounds?
Hansaplast Second Skin Protection Spray Plasters and Liquid Plasters Concentrate can be used on small, superficial, dry open wounds. Before use, it is important to stop the bleeding, then clean and dry the affected area before applying the product. However, the liquid plasters should not be used on deep, infected, bleeding or oozing wounds.
Can I use a wound healing ointment while using the Hansaplast Second Skin Protection Spray Plaster/Liquid Plaster Concentrate?
Wound healing ointments must not be used together with liquid plasters such as Hansaplast Second Skin Protection Spray Plaster or Liquid Plaster Concentrate, as they would impair the film formation and effectiveness of the plaster. Please ensure that your skin is dry and free from creams.

How to use
Clean & dry First stop the bleeding and clean and dry the affected area
- Shake well - Shake spray well.
- Apply - Spray a thin film onto the wound from a distance of 5-10cm.
- Allow to dry - Allow to dry. Repeat the application if necessary. The plaster film will dissolve by itself over time. Please read the package leaflet for detailed information.
