Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice daily with plenty of water. Preferably one hour before meals. Notes: If you are taking prescription medication (e.g. antidepressants), consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking SAMe. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children.
