The Chinese caterpillar fungus (Cordyceps sinensis) probably originates from Tibet, where it grows at altitudes of up to 5000 metres. Its food source is not wood or a plant substrate, as is usually the case, but a type of caterpillar, which it kills and from which it produces its fruiting body.

How to use
As a dietary supplement, you should dissolve 1.2 g daily in approx. 250 ml of liquid (water, juices, etc.) and drink half an hour before meals if possible.
