The fungus Auricularia Auricula-judae L. (polytricha) grows worldwide on deciduous trees. It is also known as Judas ear, Mu-Err or Chinese morel. Its trace elements and minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron and zinc, as well as other bioactive substances, make it an interesting mushroom! However, the Auricularia mushroom has many other positive ingredients, some of which have not yet been identified!

How to use
