The mushroom Agaricus blazei murrill, or ABM for short, is also known as the "almond mushroom" or "raspematsuake". This type of mushroom originally comes from the Brazilian rainforest. Today, this important mushroom is already cultivated and successfully grown in various Asian countries. ABM contains an effective combination of vitamins, such as vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B7 or H (biotin), vitamin B9 (folic acid) and ergosterol, the provitamin D2, minerals such as zinc, potassium, calcium, iron and magnesium. It also contains important amino acids and a particularly high proportion of the important polysaccharides.

How to use
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet three times a day with plenty of water. Preferably half an hour before meals. Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children.
