HELFE thyme extract is produced using gentle extraction methods to maximise the effect of the essential oils in the bath. These are absorbed through the respiratory tract and the skin and help the body to recover.

How to use
- Dosage: 50ml per full bath.
- Bath duration: approx. 20 minutes
- Bath temperature: approx. 35°C
- For inhalation, add 2-3 ml to warm water.
- Notes: If skin irritation or allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
