Gynomunal Vaginal Gel is a medical product that has been specifically developed for the treatment of vaginal discomfort. The active complex of Gynomunal Vaginal Gel contains liposomes, hyaluronic acid, hop extract and vitamin E.

Liposomes are tiny "beads" that store water in a fatty envelope and release it slowly. This ensures long-lasting moisture in the vagina. As liposomes pass through cell walls, they can also supply the deep skin layers of the vaginal tissue with water.

Hyaluronic acid also moisturises. It can bind 1000 times its own weight in water and release it. It also forms a liquid film that fulfils important tasks:

1. The film protects the vaginal mucosa and skin irritation (e.g. itching, burning) can be reduced.
2. The film layer increases lubricity.

The natural plant regulators in the hop extract protect the vaginal microenvironment thanks to their antioxidant properties.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant substance. It protects cell walls from harmful free radicals, which are caused by smoking, stress and intensive physical exertion, among other things.

Due to the natural ingredients, there may be slight changes in the appearance of the vaginal gel. However, this does not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product.

How to use

Insert Gynomunal Vaginal Gel deep into the vagina using the applicator provided (see instructions for use). One applicator filling contains 2.5 g of vaginal gel. Please apply the vaginal gel once a day for 7 consecutive days, preferably at bedtime. Then apply twice a week for a further 11 weeks. To make it easier to insert the applicator, you can also apply Gynomunal Vaginal Gel to the vaginal opening and the neighbouring external genital area. This external application can also help to facilitate sexual intercourse and relieve dryness.

Method of application:

1. Remove the cap and use it to open the tube (remove the seal). Screw the applicator onto the opening of the tube.
2. Pull the plunger of the applicator backwards until it stops (this is approximately half the length of the applicator) and then press on the tube to fill the applicator with a dose of vaginal gel. The applicator should be filled carefully so that the gel is not pressed between the plunger and the tube wall behind the plunger.
3. Unscrew the applicator and insert it into the vagina. Empty the entire amount of gel by pressing lightly on the plunger. To make insertion into the vagina easier, you can also apply a thin layer of gel to the tip of the applicator. Then remove the applicator from the vagina and close the tube immediately after use.

Please clean the applicator carefully after use as follows:

• Disassemble the applicator by pressing the round end of the plunger onto a firm surface and then pulling it out forwards.
• Wash both parts with lukewarm water. Rub the plunger with your fingers and clean the applicator cylinder by rinsing it repeatedly with water.
• Remove excess water by shaking the applicator and then drying it with a clean towel.

Store both applicator parts separately in the folding box and assemble as follows for the next use:

• Insert the whole plunger, thin tip first, into the large opening of the applicator, where the thread is also located, until you feel resistance. Then gently push the plunger through the narrow end of the applicator. It is now in the correct position.
