GreenFood Nutrition Rutin Capsules are a dietary supplement containing rutin, a bioflavonoid glycoside.
A lack of flexibility and fragility of the blood vessel walls is associated with a deficiency in vitamin C and bioflavonoids (rutin). Bioflavonoids are substances that give certain fruits and vegetables their flavour and colour. It is also known as vitamin P. The richest source of rutin is heather grain. It is also found in apple peel, citrus fruits and black tea.

Take 1 capsule once daily with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

- Ingredients: Filler (rice flour), vegetable capsule made from hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rutin 95% (Sophora japonica, flower extract), L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
