GreenFood Nutrition Rutin capsules are a dietary supplement containing rutin, a bioflavonoid glycoside.
Insufficient flexibility and fragility of the vascular wall is associated with a deficiency of vitamin C and bioflavonoids (rutin). Bioflavonoids are substances that give flavour and colour to some fruits and vegetables. It is also known as vitamin P. The richest source of rutin is heather. It is also found in apple peel, citrus fruits and black tea.

Directions
Take 1 capsule once daily with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

- Ingredients: bulking agent (rice flour), plant capsule made from hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rutin 95% (Sophora japonica, flower extract), L-ascorbic acid, anti-tuber substance (silicon dioxide).
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule) *RDA: rutin 95% 80mg, vitamin C 80 mg 100% *RDA value - reference value for nutrient intake.
