GreenFood Nutrition Psyllium Fibre Capsules are a food supplement with Psyllium Plantago ovata.
GreenFood Psyllium fibre triggers a feeling of satiety. On contact with water, it increases its volume and slows down the movement of food in the digestive system. It consists mainly of cellulose and hemicelluloses, i.e. polysaccharides that pass through the digestive tract without being broken down by digestive enzymes.

- Take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with a meal and liquid.
- Advice: Not suitable for children, consultation with a doctor is recommended for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Psyllium Plantago ovata (purified seed husks of the Indian plantain), plant capsule made from hypromellose (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), bulking agent (rice flour), anti-tuber substance (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
- Composition per daily dose (4 capsules): Psyllium (fibre content) 2 000mg (1 760mg).
