GreenFood Nutrition Psyllium Fibre Capsules are a food supplement containing Psyllium (Plantago ovata).
GreenFood Psyllium Fibre promotes a feeling of fullness. On contact with water, it increases in volume and slows down the movement of food through the digestive system. It consists mainly of cellulose and hemicelluloses, i.e. polysaccharides that pass through the digestive tract without being broken down by digestive enzymes.

Directions for use
- Take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with a meal and some liquid.
- Notes: Not suitable for children; pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers are advised to consult their doctor.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Psyllium Plantago ovata (purified seed husks of Indian plantain), vegetable capsule made from hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (rice flour), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
- Composition per daily dose (4 capsules): Psyllium (fibre content) 2 000mg (1 760mg).
