GreenFood Nutrition Enzyme Opti7 Digest capsules are a food supplement containing 7 digestive enzymes.
Opti 7 Digest ® is a complex multi-enzymatic blend of 7 digestive enzymes, all of which are of plant origin and are designed to ensure the optimal and comprehensive absorption and utilisation of proteins, fats and carbohydrates from food. It contains a range of enzymes synthesised from non-pathogenic fungi and plants; it is 100% non-animal in origin and is therefore more resistant to stomach acids, and remains active across a wider pH range of 3.5–8.0 and at temperatures of 35–40 °C. It contains a complex of enzymes that are responsible not only for digestion and the health of the digestive system, but also for the vast number of reactions that take place within the body. The importance of enzymes is still underestimated; in fact, they can be regarded as arguably the most important component not only of sports nutrition. Opti7Digest Enzymes contain the following enzymes: lipase, cellulase, papain, alpha-amylase, protease, lactase and bromelain.

- Ingredients: Rice flour, vegetable capsule made from hypromellose (HPMC – empty hard capsule made from hypromellose), a mixture of 7 digestive enzymes (Opti7Digest – lipase, cellulose, papain, alpha-amylase, proteases, lactase, bromelain, carrier: maltodextrin 6.5%), added substances: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
- Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): OPTI 7 DIGEST 150 mg.
- Content per 1 g of enzyme mixture: Amylase 16,800 U/g, Lactase 2,800 U/g, Protease 4,200 U/g, Lipase 700 U/g, Cellulase 140 U/g, Bromelain 60 GDU/g, Papain 40,000 U/g.
