GreenFood Nutrition B-KOMPLEX Lalmin® capsules are a food supplement with an organically bound spectrum of B vitamins.
The natural material of the yeast is fed with B vitamins. This enriches the yeast with B vitamins and thus creates a more usable form of these vitamins for the human body.

Take 1 capsule once a day with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: B-complex (inactive yeast, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, Ca-D-pantothenate, nicotinic acid, pyrodoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin), plant capsule made of hypromellose (HPMC - Empty Hard capsule from Hypromellose), added substances: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
