Directions

• Stir a heaped teaspoon (approx. 5.5 g) into a glass of 0.25 litres of water once a day and drink immediately due to the immediate swelling effect. Then drink enough liquid throughout the day.
• Children from 6 years 1/2 tablespoon each.
