Gall Pharma tuna oil is extracted from fresh tuna using a particularly gentle process and is one of the richest natural sources of DHA. The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA it contains are essential for the body.

Tuna oil is a valuable source of omega-3 fatty acids, especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are essential for human development and health. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, the maintenance of normal blood pressure and normal blood triglyceride levels. DHA also supports normal brain function and normal vision. DHA is also essential for breastfeeding mothers and their infants: maternal intake of DHA ultimately contributes to normal brain and eye development in the foetus and breastfed infant.

The intake of DHA is therefore crucial for the normal visual development of infants up to the age of twelve months. In general, omega-3 fatty acids are important for the organism: replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet has been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. • Adults: 1 x daily 1 tbsp (= 15 ml), children: 1 x daily 1 tsp (= 5 ml).
• Instructions: Shake well before use. Store out of the reach of small children under 25°C, protected from light and in a dry place. Tuna oil can become cloudy when stored in the refrigerator. However, this does not affect the quality of the product. Not suitable for people with fish allergies
