Gall Pharma’s Ribwort Plantain Syrup is produced according to a traditional apothecary’s recipe and is particularly soothing during the colder months.
Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.) belongs to the plantain family (Plantaginaceae). Our formula consists of an extract of ribwort plantain leaves mixed with syrup. The active constituents of ribwort plantain include mucilage, silicic acid, flavonoids, tannins and bitter compounds. Ribwort plantain has been used in naturopathy for centuries. This syrup is particularly effective during the colder months.
