Gall Pharma Vitamin B3 100 mg capsules are a food supplement containing vitamin B3 (nicotinamide). The term niacin or vitamin B3 refers to two substances: Nicotinic acid and nicotinamide/nicotinamide.

They differ only slightly from each other and have the same effect in the body. Niacin is contained in many animal and plant foods, but in very small quantities. Only unusual foods such as liver, sardines or peanuts contain a lot of niacin. Vitamin B3 plays a role in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and contributes to energy production. The need for vitamin B3 can be increased in breastfeeding mothers, those with digestive disorders and those who abuse alcohol. Supplementation with Niacin 100 mg GPH capsules can be useful in certain life situations.

Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.

  • Ingredients: nicotinamide; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids: capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
  • Composition per 1 capsule contains 100 mg nicotinamide (625 % NRV*) *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
