The Gall Pharma Vitamin B Plus capsules contain a complex with all the important B vitamins and choline specifically supports your energy metabolism, reduces tiredness and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the psyche.
The B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and cannot be stored in the body. This means that they must be taken regularly with food. Vitamin B Plus GPH capsules contain thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin (vitamin B7), folic acid (vitamin B9) and cobalamin (vitamin B12). It also contains choline, which is important for the proper transmission of stimuli from nerves to muscles and also plays an important role in liver and brain function
