Vitadral® drops from Gall Pharma are a dietary supplement and contain important vitamin A to support vision and the immune system. Practical drop form for individual dosage.

Vitamin A is often found in nature as a long-chain fatty acid ester. The best-known form is retinol palmitate, which is mainly found in animal foods. This is the most stable form of vitamin A and serves as a storage substance. Vitamin A has several functions in the body. This vitamin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes and normal vision. Vitamin A plays a role in the process of cell specialisation. It also supports the normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal iron metabolism. As vitamin A is fat-soluble, a low fat intake can reduce its utilisation in the body. In Vitadral® drops, retinol palmitate is therefore dissolved in peanut oil

• Adults: 1 x 3 drops daily
• Notes: Contains peanuts. A daily dose of 1500 µg retinol (equivalent to 5000 I.U.) must not be exceeded for pregnant women and women of childbearing age without reliable contraceptive protection due to the risk of foetal malformations and during the breastfeeding period. Store in the refrigerator.

• Ingredients: Peanut oil; retinol palmitate; antioxidant: butylhydroxyanisole.
• Composition per daily dose (3 drops) %NRV*: 3356 µg retinol palmitate corresponding to 1833 µg vitamin A (229% NRV*) *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake. The daily intake corresponds to 6100 I.U. vitamin A.
