How to use

Usually one coffee spoonful is taken in the morning. However, a coffee spoonful can also be taken up to 2 or 3 times a day. In case of bloating, nausea or after sumptuous meals, one coffee spoonful to one tablespoonful is taken undiluted or diluted in tea or water, depending on tolerance.
