Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: take 1 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid in the first half of the day.

- 1 capsule contains 200 mg rose root extract with at least 3 % rosavin content, 60 mg magnesium (16 % NRV*) and 1.4 mg vitamin B1 (127 % NRV*). *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake
