Pycnogenol® is rich in OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), which belong to the group of flavanols - secondary plant substances. Although these are not vital for the plant itself, they are undoubtedly useful. OPCs have a very high bioavailability, which means that they are also very well absorbed by the human body and can develop their antioxidant effect. In the Pycnogenol® 30 mg GPH capsules, these valuable plant substances are ideally dosed and can therefore optimally unfold their antioxidant potential.
