Gall Pharma Zechstein Magnesium Oil contains the essential mineral magnesium in the special Zechstein grade.

Magnesium can be absorbed through diet, orally or through the skin. Absorption through the skin avoids any potential irritation of the digestive system. Zechstein magnesium is a particularly pure and high-quality form of magnesium, extracted from a depth of 1,800 metres in the Zechstein Sea. Around 250 million years ago, this sea covered large parts of northern Central Europe. Zechstein Magnesium Oil is not an oil, but an aqueous solution that feels oily on the skin.
