Gall Pharma L-Carnitine 500 mg capsules are a dietary supplement and contain Carnipure®, a particularly high-quality L-carnitine produced by the Swiss company Lonza.
As the body has to draw on fat reserves to release energy during strenuous exercise - especially intensive training - there may be an increased need for L-carnitine. The name is derived from the Latin word "carnis" for meat. As the name suggests, L-carnitine is particularly absorbed when eating meat - especially lamb and pork - but also fish. Vegetables, fruit and dairy products also contain L-carnitine, but to a much lesser extent, which is why a dietary supplement can be useful. L-Carnitine 500 mg GPH capsules contain 500 mg Carnipure®, a particularly high-quality L-carnitine produced by the Swiss company Lonza.
