Griffonia simplicifolia, the African black bean, contains 5-hydroxytryptophan, also known as 5-HTP, in its seeds. 5-HTP plays a key role in the production of the "happiness hormone" serotonin, which is formed in the human body from L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid. The 5-HTP it contains is Peak X free and fulfils the highest quality requirements.

- Adults: Take 2 - 3 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.

Ingredients
- Ingredients: sugar, magnesium oxide; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); Griffonia seed extract; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
- Composition per daily dose (2 capsules) %NRV*: 100 mg hydroxytryptophan from Griffonia seed extract and 200 mg magnesium (53% NRV*) *NRV= per cent of the recommended daily intake.
