Glucosamine sulphate plus GPH capsules contain 333 mg glucosamine sulphate in the form of potassium salt, zinc, manganese, selenium, vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid and rosemary extract in a hard gelatine capsule. With increasing age, the body's own glucosamine production can decrease. As a result, the protective cartilage layer becomes thinner and the storage of water in the cartilage tissue decreases. Impacts and shocks cannot be sufficiently buffered, leading to pain and discomfort in the joints. Glucosamine sulphate supports the long-term build-up of cartilage substance and alleviates joint pain caused by wear and tear. The combination with vitamins and rosemary extract contributes to an increase in general well-being. In particular, the B-complex vitamins in combination with vitamin C increase balance and physical and mental resilience. Selenium, manganese and zinc increase resistance and can dampen inflammatory reactions. Rosemary extract can be helpful due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
